UserLock Push is a companion tool to UserLock’s two-factor authentication system, providing an additional layer of security for Active Directory user logins across on-premise and cloud platforms.

In addition to its integration with UserLock’s security features, UserLock Push is versatile, extending its compatibility to other platforms requiring two-factor authentication, such as Gmail and Facebook.

• How the app works:

After entering your Active Directory credentials, UserLock Push offers two straightforward options for two-factor verification:

1. One-Tap: Respond quickly to the push notification in the application for seamless, one-touch two-factor authentication, or
2. Enter the TOTP code generated within the app.

The application conveniently displays pertinent login details like location, device used, and timestamp to aid in authorizing legitimate access requests. To obtain passcodes for various applications and online services, input your credentials and retrieve the TOTP code from UserLock Push.

• Self-enrollment with UserLock Push:

Prior to enrollment with UserLock Push, organizations must configure UserLock and activate user accounts. Following these steps:

1. Download UserLock Push on your mobile device
2. Scan the QR code presented during login
3. Enter the application-generated code to confirm activation
4. UserLock Push is now set up as a secondary verification method for your Active Directory account

You retain the flexibility to incorporate third-party accounts anytime for OTP passcodes.
